When you're living with aches, pains or sprains from a musculoskeletal injury, it can be hard to fully participate in your daily life. Injuries could represent a nagging obstacle that gets in the way of the things that we like doing. It can occur unexpectedly at times, or we might get periodical warnings. In any case not being able to move properly or without pain can become frustrating and create repercussions in other areas of our life.

We consider ourselves the movement experts, the health care professionals that have a deep understanding of what it takes to help people regain normal movement without pain. In order to perform our assessments we have acquired a deep knowledge of joints, bones, and muscles medical diagnosis and of all the processes required to help our patients solve these problems.

Let our team of specialized therapists use the latest methods to get to the cause of whatever is holding you back-and then help fix it.

Here's how we help:

Orthopedic & Manual Physical Therapy

Orthopedics is the medical specialty dedicated to preserving and restoring function in the musculoskeletal system, which includes bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves. Orthopedic physical therapy is used to treat both non-surgical and post-surgical patients with the following conditions:

  • Osteoarthritis.
  • Muscle weakness and imbalance.
  • Spinal and other joint alignment dysfunction.
  • Fractures and broken bones.
  • Joint and muscle pain.
  • Tendonitis and bursitis.

Manual physical therapy is a hands-on technique that is used to decrease pain and improve range-of-motion and flexibility to stiff joints and muscles. Mobilization and manipulation are key components of manual therapy; both techniques restore the power of movement to joints & associated muscles. Patients with a variety of disabilities and orthopedic conditions may benefit from manual physical therapy. Current research confirms that manual physical therapy combined with therapeutic exercise can produce rapid pain relief and improved function in the following conditions and many others:

  • Low-back pain.
  • Neck pain.
  • Hip and knee osteoarthritis.
  • Shoulder pain.

We believe that each patient is unique, therefore our treatment approach is highly individualized, we adjust and modify the specific interventions required to obtain our patients goals. Without keeping sight of what is needed in any particular stage of rehab we make a point of listening to our customers and work together to obtain maximum benefits.

Our sessions are challenging , there is frequently an update or progression of exercise for a daily visit, we want patients to improve and adapt safely to a higher step of function. At the same time we see a good amount of post surgical patients that come to PT with a specific protocol so we follow the timeline and requirements requested by the Orthopedic Surgeon.
